It's a "horses for courses" sort of discussion. It depends on the forum. If your thinking of some sort of UFC for cars, the JGTC and then the DTM cars are most likely the fastest, but I doubt that they could last through a 24 hour race. The BTCC cars are most likely the slowest -- because they are limited to 2 liter engines with rev limits as cost control measures. The LMS GT cars are all air-restricted for cost and to a lesser degree safety reasons, and would fall somewhere in the middle. If you took off that air-restricter and retuned the engines, they most likely wouldn't be far behind the JGTC cars.
