Dang, Had the car a month and a half and made the mistake of getting distracted by a cell phone call - honestly, I normally never speed........
Anyhoo, the nice TN state trooper, starts asking me a lot of questions about the car telling me how much he really liked it. Next he asks me how long I have had it, told him not long and still getting used to what 55 feels like (I was clocked at 74
)
and I was pretty tired from a couple of all night emergencies this week. He says very nicely, "OK, let me just run your DL and I won't keep you but a minute..."
I am thinking, nice guy, I need to remember to wish him a Merry Christmas"...
5 minutes later, he comes back and says, very apologetically, "I am really sorry, I forgot they fixed my video and audio last night, I have to give you a ticket." DOH~!
