Thanks for the pointers guys. Bought a set of 964 rockers off eBay a few weeks back. Ordered some paint from paintscratch.com. Finished the project today. the rockers are bolted underneath, screwed to the inside of the wheel wells and I used Velcro along the top edge. I had to remove some of the material on the back side to get a flush fit due the thickness of the 3M plastic reusable Velcro. This is so the rockers can be removed and reinstalled in a short amount of time.
Also installed the MA Shaw front fascia and will paint to match along with a RSR FG rear bumper. This should get me through till spring where a complete paint job is in order.
