The whole thing to me is messy. Radiation is way too easy to trace, as has been seen on TV. I heard somewhere that Polonium 210 is not that hard to obtain. I vaguely remember hearing that its a component of some anti-static brush used in wet photography, commercially available at photo shops. Not saying that Russia isn't dirty on this, just that if you want to kill someone, there are lots of less traceable ways to do it. Potassium cyanide is very easy to obtain, and easy to get through security and customs, so are lots of biological toxins.
