The holidays are traditionally a very difficult time for many people, especially people living alone.

It sounds like this is wearing on you. Is there anyone you can get together with these days? Someone with a project that you can work together on for a while?

Find something to do, to keep you from dwelling on being alone. Keep your mind and body busy and things usually work out. Above all, do not turn to the bottle or drugs, they may make someone feel better for the moment but usually make things much worse in the long run.
