I think my laptop computer crashed- HELP!
Last night, while perusing the Pelican Board, the screen on my laptop started to flicker. Went off and on a few times and then nothing but a black screen. I tried to reboot several times and it would do the same thing over and over. Only difference is it would reboot itself a few times before completely going black. I tried to boot in safe mode with no success. The laptop is an HP, about 4 years old. The hard drive just pops out of the bottom of the machine. Is it possible to just take the hard drive out and get someone to retrieve the data off of it? I don't care if the computer can be fixed, I just want my pictures, documents, etc. I back up the computer, just not often enough. Thanks for any and all suggestions.
