then, the Ct. might have a garnishment form - or legal forms store might have one. One key is to find out where they bank (ask them this during the case/trial). Then you garnish their bank account.

You can also put a lien on their real property (automatic in Oregon) - of course, if it it's polluted then that lien is worth less than zero.
