Kyle, Christien, you need to do some research. I'm sure you can find a private business just inside the border in NY that will receive your packages for a very reasonable fee. Over on this side, I know of half a dozen places that charge $1.50-$2.00 per package to receive them. Then all you do is drive over and pick them up. There's no need to "own" a PO box.
