Well Since i started this post i will say in my experience this is the way it goes. I get contacted by a hurt party we swap contacts he takes his story to BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR. get a lame report that doesn't show anything truly incriminating. spend 2 months in Court deliberation. best to sue him in your state just so MM has to get a out of town lawyer instead of his regular flunky. then after months of paper work and 4 gran more of Court fee's. the party drops out of contact. No sign no message of how the last Court meeting went nothing.

so in essence if you can invest 5 months of your time and another 4 to 5 grand MM will buy you out and buy your silence. you probably still lose about 2 grand after all is said and done but MM probably has it written if any slanderous things are heard after deliberation a conterlawsuit can ensue.
