just drive on them and if you can the parking lot idea sounds good-
If it were not winter they woul'd more than likely shape up in a very short time. I have had this experience a few times, once like you describe but on my 912 when it had sat idle for a year. Pulled it out and after a week of the shakes but being driven every day in hot weather the tires were fine.
