Strange that Wayne used a messenger, he usually speaks his mind very clearly and in no uncertain terms of what he thinks and wants.
If the stars are a problem Wayne can delete the rating feature.
If the way people are voting is not in line with Wayne's vision of how ratings should work, doubtless he will clarify.
If they are eating up bandwidth the feature can again be deleted.
