China don't make me laugh...Who buys their cr@p and they need OIL to run the place...and what about that Trillion $ reserve that they are holding...I suppose they could use it to wipe their a$$es with ...
Russia is a shadow of her former self...knock out her Natural Gas and Oil Production facilities and its all over for the Russians. No Foreign Currency inflow.
