If you ever make up to Sonoma, check out the Sonoma Cheese Factory store on the square. They have a cold case with about 20 different Jack varieties you can sample 'til you're stuffed.
also, at Dean and DeLuca upvalley in St. Helena they have a huge selection.
Acrossed the street at V. Sattui winery you must try the three year old Gouda. Crazy sharp!
I also like Gorgonzola, Brie, sharp cheddar, smoked cheddar, Munster, Asiago, pepper jack, string cheese, Gruiyere, etc.
You ever had baked brie with jalepeno jelly?
