Baked Brie:
Buy some frozen puff pastry dough.
Take a wedge of cheese and set it on top of piece of the pastry dough.
Fold the edges back on itself so the entire wedge it wrapped up.
Egg wash:
one egg and a little water. mix.
use a disposable paint brush or a pastry brush and brush the dough.
You can cut decorative pieces of dough and stick them on top of the wedge. ( leaves, scrollwork, Porsche crest ). touch with egg wash.
Bake at 350° until golden brown. maybe 20 minutes.
Serve with a side dish of Jalepeno jelly and sliced baguettes.
