Chinese hate Japanese because of WWII, just as Koreans hate them because of the centuries of subjugation. (Funny thing is, if you're not in SF/LA/NY and you eat Japanese it's 50% that the owner will be Korean.) And Japanese hate everyone else too.

All of this aside, in this country the dominating race/sex is white male. I'm happy to compete with them on a one on one basis, problem is the oldboy network remains and is hard to break into. I had parents who bootstrapped us, so I can only imagine how tough it is if you really come from the ghetto. I can see both sides of the argument. It's still easier to get ahead here than in any other white dominated country.
