Photo Shop Help
Hi,
I'm not very good with Photoshop and need a little help. I'm trying to remove a skin discoloration from my son's school photo. He was holding the leash when my dog decided to run in my direction. Unfortunately, my son didn't let go the leash and ... you know the rest. I'm using Adobe Photoshop Elements and I'm trying to figure out the proper tools/sequence to complete the job. Any suggestions?
