Chris, You should have been thanked by all those guys....especially for spending money to help someone out. I have test driven cars and emailed pictures for out-of-area Pelicans. I've provided (small) parts for free and I have always gotten profuse thanks.

Maybe I've been lucky, but most of the guys here are, well....in a lot of ways like me. Just pursuing their hobby and glad to have other guys available to talk things over with. You can make fun of it but I try to practice "pay-it-forward". For the most part, I believe in "what-goes-around-comes-around."
