Rennspeed is good for quality.
When doing mine I was told that steel is better if it is a street car as they are obviously more resistant to stone chips etc.
Steel flares are getting more difficult to source (esp the early style flares you'd need for an RSR replica).
Steel flares are more expensive.
If going for the extra wide 74 RSR then fg is the only way to go.
Are you welding them youself or having it done? If done at a shop ask them what they suggest.
