Spray those stinkers every day with a foot powder high in tolnaftate (pretty sure that's the active ingredient). Spray your feet, put CLEAN socks on, spray inside of shoes, put shoes on, take off and change socks & shoes as soon as you get home from work - that's usually what I do and it works fine.
