Look, the point has been asked and answered regarding class action suits, and I think those who have asked understand. For that matter the other ideas have been asked and answered.
However, at this point in the discussion, coupled with all the other posts regarding MM, I still can't reconcile how many have actually been damaged (or think they have) by MM. I am interested in actual situations and their resolve. There are certainly a lot of opinions about MM on these forums (and others), but how many of those posts have actually dealt with them first hand? My best count thus far is about 4. That doesn't seem like it is unusually high, compared to the negativism regarding MM's business practice. Surely, there are sincere occurrences, real people, who have tried to effect resolve. Who are they and what did they do?
