As part of that, I'd do discovery against the company and find out all about all of their dealings with customers over the past 10 years. Everything. Empty the closet.

Surely working on Porsches, they've pissed off at least one former dot-commer with a lot of idle time and some good pitbull attorneys on retainer? Until that guy steps up. . .
------I was hoping on finding at least one guy on this forum who has been there and done that. However, it seems like I'm on my own.
I was working under the assumption that there is strength in numbers and I was assuming this forum would bring out others who have had a problem, how it was resolved, and thus expedite my situation as well as enlighten potential future users.
