I asked the delivery guy to send me a bill rather than pay it up front.. he did.

the bill came.. and went..

a second notice came, and went.... at this point, I called UPS.. talked to customer service, but they were idiots... asked to speak with their manager... I spoke with their manager about my parents (who sent the package) were not informed of the charges. This went on for about 15 mins.. on how my parents, on the US side during shipment, paid a brokerage fee (they still had the bill), and I now have to pay one to recieve the package..

it took my 15 mins on the phone.. after that I got fed up.. I'm nearly 24 years old, but have a pretty young-sounding voice (at least over the phone i think i do...) I gave the phone to my father who was the sender... pretty deep voiced... after another 10 minutes, and a couple foul words later.... the guy waived the charge. it was like $34 or something, if i remember correctly...

they're all crooks...
