The supply of used 996s for sale is stacked up compared to other models with exception of used Boxsters which are also in great supply and can be had for a dance as well. A lot of these cars have come off leases and saturating the market.

I've been watching ready to make the jump soon for a Boxster to turn into a track car. It's so much cheaper to buy one of these cars and put it on a diet rather than prep an older 911 with suspension and engine upgrades.

$14k for a 996 with 85k. Dang that's a good deal!

Actually your mileage isn't high. It's normal only 12k a year.
