another one bites the dust.
Helpdesk is one of the most tedious jobs requiring the most patience of any job that I know of, and mostly you're the most under respected dept of the IT org. I worked it for more years than I want to admit. Some people just don't have the mentality for the HD. On the other hand this guy seems to be a completely self centered.
