Long story short... Wife was in an accident 2 years ago.. Not her fault. Car was totaled. She was sitting still and was broad-sided.

The othe parties insurance company is STILL being unreasonable and not wanting to pay the $35k in medical bills, (well, mainly the adjuster)

We have had 2 lawyers.. the first was taking kickbacks from the ins co....so we changed lawyers. The second was supposed to be a real shark.. but is also a moron. (he sends letters out to the wrong parties.. cant get anyones name right in documents..that sort of thing)

So we have paid the medical bills out of pocket because at the time we didnt have health insurance.

Anyhow.. today we get a letter from the Insurace adjuster.. and it states that he thinks shes making the whole thing up. (granted she coudnt walk for 3 months... and has had uncontrolable internal bleeding) and said hes demanding she go to psyco therapy to make certain shes not making up, then he will offer $5k to settle it.

What as ASS! Im so mad I cant stand it.

Heres my solution which I have already run by my business lawyers.. and they blessed it under certian terms.

Im buying a POS van and going to vinyl wrap it with this a-holes pic on it and something that says : This insurance adjuster (name and company insert here) has treated us poorly, and we need to let him know we are not standing for it any longer"
.. and put a website up with our complaints and ask people to actualy sign the van. When I get 200 signatures..Im going to call the news and park it on public property in front of their office.

According to the attys..as long as everything posted is factual.we are ok.


Im soooo tired of dip***** people not acting professionaly. All we want is whats entitled under the law. Not even asking damages. In the mean time.. we are going to court..which will take a few years here in NC.


Any suggestions? We cant seem to get anyones attanetion at the ins company... they wont discuss any case except through the adjuster.
