Hmmm, I posted on this thread earlier and its now gone...
Totally agree and the merger with AmWest and US Air was terrible. I just flew on them two months ago and it was terrible. We landed in JFK and waited for almost 2 hours for the bags to be unloaded from the airplane. Service all around was poor and everyone wonders why customers are flying other airlines.
I have to fly on them in a week or so and not looking forward to it one bit...
