+1 to what Aurel said. Am overseas now and it has been discussed in the UK and Europe for weeks now that he was assisting his Moslem friends (he had converted) in arming one or more "suitcase" bombs.
Its been proven that 2-3 of these were sold to Bin Laden. Problem is that the trigger needs to be re-armed every 180 days or so to be active.
I am not normally afraid of many things but this Holiday season is one I would prefer to be anywhere than London, DC or NYC, especially after this mishap with a Russian suitcase trigger agent.
