I find them both to be OK. But, I adhere to the rules: Sturdy packing and no other left over labels or markings. Lots of insurance, like double or triple. Some of the stuff I recieve is so poorly packed, I'd make fun of it, too, if it came down the line at me. I'd abuse the sad stuff. I know they do.

BVD, You're on a mission. Just how much was your loss and how much does that represent in the total you've shipped and received?
