My Tahoe was the dealer demo vehicle. Came with every option available plus some. It had 4k on the odometer. I purchased as new with full warranty/not balance.
Don't mention Kelly Blue Book price to the sales people. Turns them off and they don't negotiate as well. Better to have them understand that you have a budget/limit and that's that.
Do not be afraid to walk on the deal to make a point.
Shop a bit more and see if you can get a comparable deal on a similarly valued vehicle and let them know you have options.
Be upfront, don't be vague.
