Bishop901: Ok I'm trying to follow you on this but Im sorta stuck, not really good with this kind of stuff i guess...so before a baloon loan matures are you just paying interest? or just payments on a smaller principal, or what? And I'm not clear on what buying at loan value means either, i'm afraid...does that refer to paying off/taking over somebody else's loan? I guess you gave me enough to go ask a bank about but if you happen to check this again and feel like expanding...sounds interesting. thanks
