Payment? Many of them deserved to be shot on the battlefield, where they were found. Treated like a dog? Well, they were in the most part found doing something related to the war on terror and again, should have been shot like a dog, something that you will not understand until the terrorists bomb something in Rotterdamm, and bring the war to YOUR HOME.

They were not sent there because they were in an ice cream truck that had a flat and parked illegally on a street, most of them were sent there because they are terrorists who were found with bombs, weapons, plans on their person, or they were in the middle of trying to kill our forces or even better, innocent civilians like yourself.

Yes, some of them may be innocent, having been "sold" to an informant for whatever reason. If you want to go after someone, then go after the person back in Afganistan or Pakistan who "sold" them to the authorities to get rid of them. I can almost guarantee you that if they had been found to be completely not guilty that they never would have been sent to Gitmo.

Once again, what is your military or Intel background? Just how much do you know about how any professional organization acquires intelligence?

Irate at the US Govt? Not a problem... next time Holland needs help, and its called upon us twice in the last century, we will remind you that you now do not like us nor our help and please deal with the new enemy on your own.

There is a war going on around the world and the sooner you figure this out, the better. Theo van Gogh found out about it and paid for it with his life. A lot of Dutch have opened their eyes in the last two years after several terrorist attacks. Hopefully someday you will as well but I sure doubt it.
