This attitude is not unusual. Western women are seen as being loose, otherwise they would not "show their wares" as they do. The common man's way of thinking here is that if they are invited in a womans place they are being offered sex, no question asked.

A "proper" woman to them wears an abaya, which covers her from head to toe. This is something that these men can resist but western ladies wear is a totally different thing.

As for the word "no," well it just does not normally exist between a man and a woman in this case, she will be having sex. The only option is does she want to be battered around after resisting or simply give in.
