It was the latter. Basically I'm finishing a job someone else started(and did poorly). On one quarter panel I counted 17 small/med dents and 1 large one
The hood is the worst, with scoops that were forced into place as they were welded on. I told him that we're going to
have to paint it some light color in order to hide the flaws as 79 Pontiac hoods are not easy to find here.
So the plan is to two-tone it as he wants some kind of metallic blue for the main color.
