Good question.
Unless one wants the overblown RSR look which really doesn't look right unless one has RSR flares, nine and eleven-inch wide Fuchs wheels and a big wing, with the bumpers (not the bumpers and valance) one can conceivably lose 50 pounds while keeping the car's appearance stock.
A person just needs to know what to take out and off in addition to just the OEM bumpers. As is, the bumpers save about 30 pounds off the car.
