Yea, we'll see. For now it'd be awfully nice to build a little chunk of equity to use to trade up later (whether involved with a relocation or not), but I'll forego it to avoid getting into either a "house poor" situation or a "sucker loan" situation like so many others have been lately.
I'd rather be happy and renting than miserable and owning. Ownership will come. . . eventually.
