Well, that would be ideal, however it isn't always available. In our instance, Keller was a very small town between Dallas and Fort Worth until about 15 years ago. So, there are shacks and there are homes that are 15 years old.

It would be a different situation if we were looking in an area like Boston where there are nice older homes available.
