I ordered a case and a half of wine from Tablas Creek, located south of the SF Bay area near Paso Robles. Order went in on line late Wednesday night, was just delivered to my door 30 minutes ago.
A case of
Mourvedre 2004 and 6 bottles of
Syrah 2004. Both are Southern Rhone Valley types, on vines that are clones of the French vines.
I have great expectations of this wine in about 5 more years, even though it's quite drinkable now.
