I agree, a broken leg is unusual these days. I still have a pair of Head Standards with cable bindings (unused for 40 years) that I servived.
Let’s also give him credit for being out and doing things. Too many politicos hibernate. At least he wasn’t wounded from a gunshot from the VP.
I’ll give Arnold credit for following “the will of the people” even though it was politically uncomfortable for him.
