ryan. the car (visually) is not TOO bad. You'll need new leather (seat bolsters ripped up pretty good), a new top, either new wheels or some work done on the existing ones (scuffed/curbed), and the "Texas A&M Aggie" sticker removed from the rear reflector

It might be a good "fixer-upper", just would be hesitant to pay $23K for it. Maybe the mechanics will be better than the cosmetics. All the best.
