Need help..."Red book" valuation

Long story cut short.....

Daily driver recently burned to the ground 2 days before Christmas...

No injuries...and the insurance company ( State Farm) is conducting themselves rather well.....except for this one thing.

They intend to cut me a total loss check based on the AVERAGE value of NADA retail and REDBOOK. NADA, as well as Kelly Blue Book, etc...are easy to find on the web as a counter-check. REDBOOK ( aka National Market Report guides, now offered via Primark) offers a valuation quote only via a hefty subscription service...not otherwise available on internet.

If anyone has access to REDBOOK...or has other advice how to get a valuation ahead of time through REDBOOK ( so I have some ammunition in case I need to deal hard with State Farm)..please post here or send PM....or mail me at Wil Ferch at Praxair dot com, and use an "underscore" between my first and last name.

Thanks,
- Wil
