That's the disingenuousness on the part of the deathmongers of this forum. The US government or their surrogates control large areas of Iraq where no one lives. Hussein was in the same situation. He never totally controlled large areas of Iraq, exactly those same areas, but according to the US government he should have because Shi'ite terrorist training camps were located in those areas. Those camps are still in operation, all with the US government alledgedly watching them.
