We really have no excuse to kill Al Sadr...if you can think of one...pass it on and he will go the way of his buddy (above).
Since killing Bin Laden is not so hard...how about you do it and collect the $25M reward...LOL If you can just tell us his location...you would probably still get the money. Go for it.
