Check my thread from a couple of weeks back.

This was a very easy job but you have to have the right materials and a good plan. The "front" seal installs on the body of the car. The rear seals to the roof panel. Might as well do them all with the panel out of the car.

The key for me was to line everything up and tape the seals in place with blue painters tape every 5-6 inches or so. That way you can peel off sections of tape and glue them a section at a time.
