Well I'm on day 4 now.

Yesterday evening was one long craving. Literally had to take it hour by hour, but I made it through and today is better again. I'm already sleeping better and coughing less, and I don't hear that wheeze when it's real quiet at night.

The support and encouragement I've gotten from friends and from here is simply incredible. I really appreciate all the kind public and private words from you guys.
