Ooooo, that'd be fun. Is it raining up there? It's been cold and miserable here all day.
I transplanted some native grape vines (not to steal this thread) and it's good that they're getting some moisture. I dusted the roots down with mycorrhizal fungus, which becomes a part of the plant at the feeder root level. This fungus gathers nitrogen out of the air and ground, then supplies it to the plant in exchange for a small bit of sugar from the plant. We'll se if it helps an older grape vine.
Happy New Year to both you and Stef, drink a bit of champagne in our names; we'll do the same here.
