That is your camshaft position sensor on bank 2 (cylinders 4 - 6) You will need a Porsche tool to figure out exactly what it is doing. Unless the car is running rough, I wouldn't worry too much.
The trunk light is controlled by the latch of the trunk itself. Try changing the bulb - they get erratic over time.
Mobil-1 gear oil 75W90. No additives EVER!
