Sex is a funny thing; most normal humans have strong, healthy drive for it and yet it can be completely meaningless. If you are not attracted to someone, sex has no pleasure and you have no desire for it. I don't think that it is much different for men vs. women, just that women are more likely to be sleeping w/ someone that they do not want to be with.
The reasons are wrapped up in the roles of men and women in society and their relative power in relationships, people w/ options behave differently than people w/o them. And yes, women can be incredibly treacherous, or they can be the victim of a dude who is playing them 100%. I've never bought the whole concept of big differences between men and women when it comes to relationships, people in general suck.
That said, the guy who runs that web-site is not having a good time w/ his stay here on earth.
