If the car is legit; meaning it runs well, shifts well, and isn't full of rust... then I would go down this weekend and possibly buy it (subject to a thorough PPI)
Between the low price and the multitude of ads, it seems like this is a case of "unload this POS as quick as possible". I hate to drive down to Canaveral just to kick tires on somebody's junker. (I have 2 junkers of my own that I can kick
