i didn't say that, i even assumed it was meant from the inside(i'm sure the US knows better then to try any more tricks down in Cuba, right, bay of pigs and all )
which is why i'm wondering why they (rebel Cubans) haven't done anything so far, it's not like Castro was in charge the last year, he's been barely able to proove his still above ground, let alone flexing any muscle...
