Oh yeah--about the "setup a good website". Many of the b-to-b websites I see are just fronts for their sales team. Very little actual info, and heaven forbid they put pricing out there.
"Please read our vague white paper about how we wished the world worked. Then enter your complete contact information and a salesman will call to hound you at his convenience."
Can't tell you how many times I've called a company and said, "Does your **** cost $1,000 or 100,000--please give me a clue so I can decide if I want to waste any more time here."
